Lauren Grand Lubell is a designer based in Los Angeles. She is a visual communicator and product storyteller, with a practice that straddles the line between art and design. Embracing design leadership, fluency in the end-to-end design and development processes, with thorough knowledge of production, these are qualities have led her to work with some fantastic creative teams. She has worked with the likes of: Chronicle Books, Pottery Barn / Williams-Sonoma, Martha Stewart Living, MUDLAND, P&G and more.
She is inspired by the delightfully tactile, continually considerate of materiality, and concerned with the balance of both the design of products and the spaces they inhabit. Having a wide-ranging catalog of objects for the home and office, spatial design elements, Lauren aims to pique curiosity in everyday moments.
"This apple is a little universe in itself, the seed of which, being hotter than the other parts, gives out the conserving heat of its globe; and this germ, in my opinion, is the little sun of this little world, that warms and feeds the vegetative salt of this little mass."
